Appraisal

Real estate appraisal is a process during which the market price of real estate is determined. An apartment, house, plot of land, commercial space or other property in the cadastral registry can be the object of appraisal.

We perform expert appraisals for the following:

LVM Real Estate has been involved with real estate appraisal since 1993. Our expert appraisals are in concordance with the Code of Best Practice established by the Estonian Association of Appraisers (EKHÜ). Our appraisals are grounded in Estonian National property appraisal standards EVS 875. The appraisal is presented as a written expert appraisal. Our expert appraisals are accepted by all credit and financial institutions. Banks are presented with digitally signed e-appraisals, which ensures the speed and confidentiality of the appraisals.
